GRADUATION!!

I am now a BYU Alumnus (or is it alumni? you would think since I have a college degree I would know)! I actually completed school last term ( about 2 weeks before Bella was born), but they don't have a December graduation, so I walked now instead. I got a BS in Home and Family Living, which I always got teased was a MRS degree, but I don't really care becuase I loved it! I loved getting to learn about family dynamics, child development, and a few fun classes like floral design and cooking.
Jeff, Cortney and I graduated together this week so that was fun. Thursday we had commencement for the entire school. Pres Uchtdorf and Elder Nelson were the speakers. Then that night we went to Magelby's to celebrate.

I would not have been able to do any of this if it were not for the people in this picture above. Thank you for all your support and encouragement!

Then on Friday, we did individual graduations within our colleges. Everyone loved Bella becuase I dressed her up in a graduation outfit so that we could match. They don't sell baby graduation outfits, so we ended up buying one from Build a Bear. Good thing she is a tiny girl!

I loved LOVED loved going to BYU. I am going to miss the football games, the carbonated ice cream from the Eyring Science Center, my fun classes, my fav professor Dr. Jenet Jacobs, my roommates, having a class with Missy and my Mom, and all the fun memories that I have from here (which include when Bret and I first started dating!).

Now what am I going to do? I love being a mom, so that is what I am going to focus on now, and hopefully soon I will be able to get my master's in Art History and get my esthetician license...I am such a sucker for learning!
